What You Wear Matters
What you wear has a direct impact on peoples' perception of you. There are 3 main components to our dress code.
1. Student Hires Branded T-Shirt or Polo
All Student Hires employees must wear a branded t-shirt or polo when working with students. This piece of uniform allows Student Hires staff members to be easily identified from other school site employees.
2. Student Hires Name Badge
You will receive a name badge to wear throughout your time with Student Hires. Whenever you are present on a school site, you must wear a badge. This helps school site employees and parents quickly find your name and helps to build positive relationships. This badge should be worn in alignment with other staff members on your specified school site.
3. Student Hires Lanyard
Lastly, a Student Hires lanyard must be worn at all times. You may be given various items to attach to your lanyard such as a sports whistle or other helpful tools.
