Student Hires partners with K-12 schools & districts to create custom-tailored expanding learning programs led by local college & university students. We transform schools & districts by fostering a close-knit community of staff, students & families.

Student Hires Expanded Learning Programs
Student Hires creates custom-tailored expanded learning programs for grades TK-12. We strategize with schools & districts to develop unique expanded learning solutions to fit their needs. Student Hires expanded learning programs can include elements of the following:
Our expanded learning programs take place before-school, after-school, and during the summer. We'll work with your school or district to fit your unique needs.
Student Hires Programs are Led By Local College and University Students
Student Hires partners with local colleges and universities to create a pipeline of talent for our expanded learning programs. We provide valuable job opportunities for students interested in working in education and provide them with regular training. By working with Student Hires, students are able to learn how to effectively communicate with students & families, implement lesson plans, and manage a classroom. Once our students are able to obtain the required credentials, we intend to transition them into the same schools and districts that we serve. This creates a teacher and educational staff development pipeline for schools and districts.
