Leverage the power of student-led afterschool programs to cultivate family engagement, foster student connections, and create a network of enriching opportunities for students. Afterschool.org was created by the Student Hires team to establish a hollistic network of partners who emphasize student-centered and community-centered approaches to afterschool programs. These programs are available to K-12 schools and districts within the Afterschool.org network. Each afterschool program launched through Afterschool.org is supported and maintained by Student Hires staff. Through a student-led workforce, Student Hires Afterschool Programs deliver overwhelming value for school sites, their families, and students.
