Student Hires Programs and Mental Health

Student Hires offers invaluable opportunities for disadvantaged youth to gain career-readiness skills through its hands-on experiential K-12 expanded learning programs led by college students.

Programs help students gain confidence, valuable mental health resources, exposure to different career paths, a greater understanding of financial literacy, and the ability to better prepare for ongoing education. Such exposure can help break generational cycles of poverty and give these amazing kids the mental and emotional strength needed to turn their lives around positively now and in the future.
